Lost Pet, Where do I start?
First, don't give up hope and be persistent in your search.
Check our lost or found page. LOST FOUND
Call the local animals shelter(s) first.
Call or e-mail local animal rescue centers.
Call local veterinarians, they may know who has found a pet or it may be at their clinic.
Contact you neighbors.
Take out an advertisement in the local paper.
Read local papers, someone may have found your pet and ran an advertisement.
Check your city or town community web site.
Ask local stores if you can post something on their bulletin board or in their pet supply section.
This is not an all inclusive list, it is meant to help you brainstorm ideas for finding your pet.
